DESCRIPTION

Antiseptic B-410
Product introduction:

Biocide B-410 is a highly effective broad-spectrum antiseptic activity, it contains a certain amount of formaldehyde releasing substances can slowly release formaldehyde, then formed on the surface of the liquid to be protected bactericidal aqueous and aerosol layer sensitive to formaldehyde products when wet efficient antiseptic for the protection of industrial water-based products against bacteria, fungi and yeasts erosion.
Biocide B-410 can effectively protect the polymer emulsion, latex, emulsion systems, water-based ink, water-based coatings, water mortar and special pigments.
Product characteristics:
For aqueous solution, water-miscible formulations chemicals and corrosion and to prevent microbial growth.
Broad-spectrum fungicide, bacteria (including Gram-positive and-negative bacteria), fungi and yeasts are valid.
Use of low doses and low cost.
Rapid elimination of microbial activity.
Contain organic solvents, aqueous formulations
Excellent chemical stability, with the majority of the raw materials or formulations with good compatibility.
In unopened stability of at least 12 months.

5 - chloro-2 - methyl - 4 - isothiazolin-3 - one (CMIT), 2 - methyl - 4 - isothiazolin-3 - one (MIT) and formals (CMIT + MIT Total: ≥ 2.8 percent; formaldehyde content: ≥ 6%; stabilizer: 3.0 to 5.0%)
Active content:  10% ± 0.5
Appearance: Blue-green liquid
Odor: Slight smell of formaldehyde

Solubility: water, low molecular weight and ethylene glycol miscible
Boiling point: 100 ℃

Stability: light stabilizer, are stable at temperatures below 50 ℃

Instructions for use:
Wear protective gloves when used, can not be in direct contact with the skin, if splashed on the skin with plenty of soap and rinse in cold water added, the product is not in direct contact with the reducing metals (such as: iron, aluminum, etc.)
Biocide B-410 is a water-based products in most effective preservative are typically used at a concentration of 0.1 to 0.3% antiseptic B-403 can effectively control bacterial contamination. Typical fields of application of the product and its recommended use concentration ranges see table:

Packaging and storage:
Packing: 25kg plastic drum or 200kg plastic drum, the product should be confined conditions, in a cool, dry, ventilated warehouse storage, the storage temperature range is 0 ~ 40 ℃, avoid direct sunlight, this product is not a chemical dangerous goods, according to the transport of non-hazardous chemicals regulations.
Spilled Disposal: adding a large partial acidification sodium bisulfite or B-403 can be easily in the neutralization of the active ingredient to the loss of activity.
Validity: the required storage conditions for one year.
