Efficient wetting dispersant P-3080
Product introduction：
Dispersant P-3080 is a very good versatility anionic ammonium polycarboxylate dispersant with a balance of various dispersed fillers, wetting efficacy and good viscosity reducing effect, the system can improve the mobility of the slurry, effectively reducing the dispersion time, and maintain long-term storage stability. This product does not contain solvents and APE, widely used in a variety of formulations.
Dispersant P-3080's overall dispersion balance, versatility of titanium dioxide, talc, calcium carbonate, light calcium carbonate, kaolin, alumina powder of various color (fill) material has good dispersion, viscosity reducing effect and storage stability.
Dispersant P-3080 does not remain in the film after dry, the easier to form high-gloss water-resistant film, widely used in water-based architectural coatings, water-based paste, industrial coatings, printing ink industry, and paper and textile industries. May be used alone, but also with non-ionic wetting agent used in conjunction.

Instructions：
This product is used in an amount determined by the customer's formulation, the recommended dosage of pigment 0.3 to 1.0% of the total (solid dispersant / pigment solids), grinding stage added to the system.
Customers can also according to the production, storage, thermal stability on the different requirements of regulation dosage formulations designed to meet the performance requirements.
Packaging and storage:
Packing: 250kg plastic drum, the product should be confined conditions, in a cool, dry, ventilated warehouse storage, such as the case of frozen stir after thawing can continue to use, this product does not belong to hazardous chemicals, non-dangerous chemicals transport regulations.
Validity: the required storage conditions for one year.
