Product Description:

EW-107 surfactant is APEO-free and VOC, without fungicide and easily biodegradable special alcohol nonionic surfactants having good surface activity and wetting properties , can significantly reduce the surface tension of water . In a variety of paint pigment , fillers with excellent wetting, color development , and effectively improve the coating film blurs phenomenon .

EW-107 surfactant is a polyoxyethylene chain segment length , the coating formulation can provide excellent freeze-thaw stability . Its low pour point , at low temperature performance, good manufacturing operations . EW-107 can be widely used in water-based paint , water-based and water-based ink manufacturing paste formulations , is an excellent pigment wetting and paste , color development agent , while the paint substrate wetting also has a very big help.

Instructions for use:

Can be used as an emulsifier in emulsion polymerization , improved shear stability , temperature stability and electrolyte stability. Recommended dosage is 2% of the monomer ( active ) .

Can be used for latex paint wetting agent to improve color development , improved scratch resistance coating .

At room temperature, diluted with cold water without forming a gel phase .

Packaging and storage :

Packing : 30kg plastic drum or 200kg plastic drum , the product should be confined conditions, in a cool , dry, ventilated warehouse storage, low temperature may have mild turbidity , slowly warming melting does not affect the normal use of the product , the product does not belong to hazardous chemicals , according to the transport of non- hazardous chemicals regulations.
